I’m a systems engineer and IT professional based in Colorado Springs, with more than a decade of experience across technology, operations, and team leadership. I design, build, and maintain reliable infrastructure that spans on-premises, virtualized, and cloud environments. I focus on security, automation, and solutions that scale with the organizations I support. My background in customer service and sales operations taught me to communicate clearly, understand what people actually need, and turn complex technical work into practical results. I hold AWS and CompTIA certifications, I enjoy learning new technologies, and I take pride in leaving every system and team better than I found it.
